Tiger Exchange Deposit & Withdrawal – UPI, Limits, Timings
August 26, 2026
How money moves in and out of a Tigerexch ID: UPI deposit steps, minimums, realistic withdrawal timings, why payouts get held and how to keep payments safe.
Almost every Tigerexch deposit is made by UPI, and almost every deposit problem comes down to one of a handful of small mistakes: paying an old handle, sending a screenshot without the UTR, or a bank quietly holding a transfer. This guide is the hands-on companion to our payments overview. It walks you through a deposit in Google Pay, PhonePe and Paytm screen by screen, shows you where the UTR lives in each app, and gives you a clear table for every "failed", "pending" or "money gone but not credited" situation.
Deposits from ₹100. Always pay the handle shared in today's chat — never one from an old screenshot.

There is no payment form on the Tiger Exchange panel. Instead, your ID provider receives the money and credits your account. The sequence is always the same: you ask for the handle, you pay it from your UPI app, you send proof, and the provider adds points to your ID at ₹1 to 1 point. Our deposit and withdrawal overview explains why the system is built this way and how withdrawals work on the other side.
Understanding that sequence matters because it tells you where a problem can happen. A deposit can fail inside your UPI app, be held by your bank, reach the provider but not yet be matched to your ID, or be matched but waiting on proof. Each needs a different fix, and the table further down covers them one by one.
The exact Tigerexch username your deposit should be credited to. Send it in the same message as your amount so there is no confusion.
Message the amount ("Deposit 1000") and wait for the current UPI ID or QR. Handles rotate, so yesterday's handle can be wrong today.
Pay from a bank account in your own name — the same one you will later withdraw to. This avoids most verification holds.
It also helps to check your UPI app is updated and your bank balance covers the amount plus anything else you need that day. A surprising number of "failed" deposits are simply low balance or an app that needs updating.
If you received a QR code instead, use "Scan any QR code" and pick the image from your gallery.
GPay shows the registered name of the receiver. Compare it with the name your provider told you to expect. If it differs, stop and ask.
Your username in the note helps matching. Keep it short and avoid words like "bet" or "betting" — a plain note is enough.
Pick the account in your own name. You enter your PIN only to send money, never to receive it.
Tap the payment in your history. The "UPI transaction ID" shown there is your UTR. Screenshot this screen so the amount, time, receiver and UTR are all visible.
Reply in the same chat with the screenshot and your username. Credit usually follows within a few minutes.
For a UPI ID use "To Bank/UPI ID"; for a QR use the scan icon on the home screen.
PhonePe shows the account holder's name once the ID is validated. Check it before continuing.
Double-check the zeros. Sending ₹10,000 instead of ₹1,000 is fixable but slow.
Choose your own account and confirm.
Open "History", tap the payment and look for "UTR" under the transfer details. PhonePe labels it clearly. Screenshot the full details screen.
Send it in your support chat and wait for confirmation of credit.
Use "To UPI ID" for a typed handle or scan the QR shared in chat.
Paytm shows the receiver's name before payment. Confirm it matches what support said.
Make sure the UPI payment is from your bank account rather than a wallet balance, unless support has confirmed otherwise.
Open the payment in your passbook or history. Paytm usually calls the UTR the "UPI Ref No." Screenshot it with the amount and time.
Share the screenshot and your username in one message.
Other UPI apps — BHIM, your bank's own app, Amazon Pay UPI and similar — follow the same pattern: pay to UPI ID, verify name, enter PIN, open the transaction for the reference number.

The UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) is a 12-digit number that identifies your UPI payment across the banking system. It is the single most useful piece of information in any deposit query, because the provider can search their own bank statement for it and see your payment within seconds.
| App | Where to find it | What it is called |
|---|---|---|
| Google Pay | Tap the payment in your transaction history | UPI transaction ID |
| PhonePe | History → payment → transfer details | UTR |
| Paytm | Balance & history / passbook → payment | UPI Ref No. |
| BHIM / bank apps | Transaction history → payment details | UTR / RRN / Ref No. |
A screenshot of the "Payment processing" animation is not proof of payment. Wait for the final status screen. If your app only shows "pending", read the next section before paying again.
This table covers the situations players ask us about most. The golden rule: never pay a second time until you know what happened to the first payment.
| What you see | What it usually means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Failed", money not deducted | The payment never left your bank | Check balance and handle, then retry once |
| "Failed", but money deducted | Bank debit happened, credit to receiver did not | Do not retry yet. Banks usually auto-reverse such debits; keep the UTR and check with your bank if it does not return |
| "Pending" or "Processing" | Bank or UPI network is slow to confirm | Wait. Send the UTR to support so they can watch for it. Do not pay again |
| "Successful", but ID not credited | Provider has not yet matched your payment | Send the screenshot with UTR and username in one message |
| Paid an old or wrong handle | Money went to an account the provider may not control | Tell support immediately with the UTR; if the handle was not theirs, contact your bank |
| Paid the wrong amount | Mismatch between message and payment | Tell support; they credit the actual amount received |
| Credited to the wrong username | Username missing or mistyped | Send the correct username with the UTR; support moves it |
If a deposit is stuck and you also have a pending withdrawal, our withdrawal problems guide explains how the two interact.
Two different sets of limits apply to a deposit: the platform's and your bank's.
Through us the minimum deposit is ₹100. There is no practical upper limit, but large amounts are confirmed person to person before crediting, and you may be asked to split a very large deposit into more than one transfer.
UPI person-to-person transfers are commonly capped at ₹1 lakh per transaction, and most banks set their own daily amount and transaction-count limits on top of that. Limits are often lower for the first day after you register UPI on a new phone or change your device. These rules come from your bank and the UPI network, not from Tiger Exchange, so if a payment hits a limit, the fix is to wait, split the amount across days, or use IMPS or bank transfer as support suggests.
Above all, set your own limit. A comfortable weekly figure you decide in advance does more to protect you than any bank cap.
Occasionally a payment is declined even though everything looks right. Common reasons include:
If your bank declines a payment, do not try to get around it using someone else's account. Ask support for an alternative such as IMPS, or try again later.

It is tempting to borrow a friend's or family member's UPI when your own is blocked or at its limit. Please do not. There are three solid reasons:
The same rule applies the other way: never let anyone use your account to deposit for them, and never "rent" your UPI or bank account to anybody — accounts used to move other people's money can be frozen by banks.
Ready to make your first deposit?
Message the amount and your username — we send today's handle and credit your ID once the UTR comes through.
Message the amount and your username to support, pay the UPI handle shared in today’s chat from GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app, then send the success screenshot with the UTR visible. Your ID is credited at ₹1 to 1 point.
Through us the minimum deposit is ₹100. Your bank’s own UPI limits still apply on the upper side.
Open the payment in your Google Pay history. The “UPI transaction ID” shown there is the UTR. Screenshot that screen.
Do not pay again yet. Failed-but-deducted UPI debits are usually reversed automatically by the bank. Share the UTR with support and contact your bank if the money does not return.
Send the success screenshot with the UTR and your username in one message. The provider matches it against their account and credits your ID.
Avoid it. Deposits from a different name are the top cause of withdrawal holds and can lead to reversed payments if the other person disputes the transfer.
No. Handles rotate. Always ask for and pay the handle sent in today’s chat.
Common causes are reaching your daily UPI limit, a new-device cooling-off period, wrong PIN attempts or bank downtime. Wait, try later, or ask support about IMPS.
Support ko amount aur username bhejein, aaj ka UPI ID lein, PhonePe mein “To Bank/UPI ID” se payment karein, phir History mein jaakar UTR wala screenshot support ko bhej dein. Kuch minute mein ID credit ho jaati hai.
