Because registration happens over WhatsApp rather than web forms, this website itself collects very little: standard server logs (IP address, pages visited, browser type) used for security and performance. The information that matters changes hands in the support chat: your WhatsApp number, the name on your bank account for withdrawals, payment references (UTR numbers), and your account username. We do not ask for identity documents to issue a standard ID, and we never ask for your password — for any reason.

How We Use It

Your number identifies you for account actions such as password resets — this is a security feature, since only the registered number can request changes. Bank details are used solely to send your withdrawals. Chat history is retained so both sides have a record of commitments, payments and resolutions; that mutual paper trail is a core part of how we protect players.

What We Never Do

  • We never sell or rent your details to marketers, other providers or anyone else.
  • We never contact you first from new numbers — support stays in the thread you opened.
  • We never store your card or UPI PIN; payments happen inside your own banking apps.
