Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026. These are the rules both sides play by. They are short because honest rules do not need forty pages.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. You must use your own identity, your own WhatsApp number and your own bank account. Online real-money gaming law varies across Indian states; you are responsible for knowing and following the rules where you live.

2. Your Account

One active ID per person. You are responsible for keeping your password private — change it on first login and never share it or any OTP with anyone, including people claiming to be our staff. Actions taken from a logged-in session count as yours, which is exactly why we repeat the password rules so often.

3. Deposits

Minimum deposit ₹100, sent only to the payment details shared live in your official chat at the time of deposit. Deposits to any other account — old details, screenshots, third parties — are not recognised. Deposits carry no turnover requirement and remain withdrawable.

4. Withdrawals

Minimum ₹500, paid only to a bank account matching the registered ID holder's name. Typical processing is 15–30 minutes; large amounts may take up to the same day for verification. There are no withdrawal fees. Anyone demanding a "release fee" is an impersonator — report them.

5. Bonuses

Promotional bonuses carry their own stated conditions (such as turnover requirements), told to you in writing before you accept. Declining a bonus is always allowed and never affects your normal service.

6. Fair Use

Manipulating markets, exploiting settlement errors, using stolen payment instruments, or operating multiple IDs to abuse promotions leads to account closure and forfeiture of bonus-derived funds. Genuine winnings from fair play are always paid.

7. Responsible Gaming

Betting is entertainment with risk attached, not income. Request stake limits or a full account freeze at any time — freezes are actioned same-day with no retention pitch. If gambling is causing you harm, stop and seek support; we will close your ID the moment you ask.

8. Service Changes

Access domains for the exchange rotate from time to time; we keep you connected via the official chat. These terms may be updated, and the date above always reflects the current version. Material changes are announced in-chat.

9. Disputes

Raise any dispute in the official chat and say "escalate" if the first answer does not satisfy you. Commitments are given in writing. Records kept in the official chat are the reference for resolving disagreements — one more reason to keep everything in that thread.
