Tiger Exchange Deposit & Withdrawal Guide: UPI, Limits & Timings
August 26, 2026
How money moves in and out of a Tigerexch ID — UPI steps, minimums, realistic payout timings, and why some withdrawals get held while others clear in minutes.
"Withdrawal showing pending since morning" is the second most common message our support desk receives, right after login trouble. The good news: in almost every case the money is safe and the delay has one of eight ordinary causes. This guide walks through each one, tells you what a normal Tiger Exchange withdrawal timeline looks like, and shows exactly what to send support so the hold clears on the first message.
Send "WITHDRAWAL" with your username and the request time — never your password.

Before assuming something is wrong, check the request against the timeline the platform actually works to. A Tigerexch withdrawal has three stages: you raise the request from the panel or on WhatsApp, the operator side approves it after checking the account, and the bank or UPI rail moves the money. Each stage has its own clock.
| Stage | Typical time | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| Request raised | Instant | Balance drops, status shows "Pending" |
| Approval | 10 minutes to 2 hours in normal hours | Status moves to "Processing" or "Approved" |
| UPI / IMPS transfer | Minutes after approval, 24×7 | Credit alert from your bank |
| NEFT / bank transfer | Within the bank's next NEFT batch | Credit on the next working window |
| First-ever withdrawal | Up to 24 hours | Extra verification before the first payout |
So a request raised at 11 PM on a Saturday to a bank account through NEFT can legitimately land on Monday morning without anyone doing anything wrong. The same amount sent through UPI usually arrives within the hour. If your request is still "Pending" past these windows, one of the eight causes below is almost certainly in play. For deposit timings and the full money flow, see our deposit and withdrawal guide.
| What you see | Most likely cause | Jump to |
|---|---|---|
| "Pending" for hours, balance still shows exposure | Unsettled bets holding the amount | Reason 1 |
| Withdrawal rejected right after a bonus deposit | Bonus rollover not complete | Reason 2 |
| Approved, but bank shows nothing after a day | Name mismatch or wrong account details | Reasons 3 and 7 |
| Approved on Sunday, no credit yet | Bank holiday or NEFT window | Reason 4 |
| Request bounced with "limit" message | Daily or per-request limit exceeded | Reason 5 |
| Very first withdrawal taking longer than expected | First-payout verification | Reason 6 |
| Account frozen after a deposit was reversed | Chargeback or dispute flag | Reason 8 |
Exchange betting works on exposure. Until a market settles, the amount you could lose is locked, and a withdrawal can only draw from the free balance. A session bet on a match that finishes at midnight keeps that money locked until the result is declared. Check the exposure figure in the panel header; if it is not zero, wait for settlement or ask support which market is open.
Any joining or reload bonus comes with a wagering requirement. Until the bonus amount has been turned over the stated number of times, withdrawals of the bonus portion are blocked, and some panels hold the entire balance until the rollover clears. Support can tell you the exact remaining rollover in one message. If you would rather skip bonuses entirely to keep withdrawals frictionless, say so when you create your Tigerexch ID.
Payouts are sent to an account in the same name as the one registered on the ID. A withdrawal to a friend's UPI, a parent's bank account, or an account under a shortened name gets held for manual review, and often reversed. This is a fraud control, not a technicality. If your registered name has a typo, fix it with support before raising the next request.
UPI and IMPS run round the clock. NEFT does not: it settles in batches during banking hours and pauses on Sundays and bank holidays. A withdrawal approved late on a holiday weekend through NEFT will show as "Approved" on the panel while the bank has not yet moved it. Where possible choose UPI or IMPS for withdrawals under the rail's limit.
There is a minimum per request, a maximum per request, and a daily cap that depends on your account tier. A request above the cap is rejected outright rather than queued, and the balance returns to the account. Split large withdrawals across days, or ask about higher limits on the Tigerexch VIP tier, which is built for larger bankrolls.
The first payout on any new ID goes through an extra check: the registered WhatsApp number, the deposit source and the payout account are matched. It happens once and can add a few hours. After that, withdrawals from the same account details flow at normal speed. New players are often alarmed by this; it is the platform proving to itself that the money is going to the right person.
A digit missing from the account number, an old IFSC after a bank merger, or a UPI ID that was deactivated. The transfer bounces back to the operator, who then has to re-issue it. Copy details straight from your banking app rather than typing from memory, and double-check IFSC codes for banks that merged in the last few years.
If a deposit was later disputed with the bank or reversed, the account is frozen until the operator confirms the funds are genuinely there. This is rare, and usually accidental, such as a family member reporting a transaction they did not recognise. Resolve the dispute with the bank first, then send the confirmation to support.
Withdrawal stuck beyond the normal window?
Send your username and the request time — we check the exact hold reason and clear it in writing.
A vague "withdrawal not coming" message costs a round-trip of questions. Send everything at once and most holds are resolved within one reply. Our customer care team asks for exactly these items:
If the hold is on the operator side, support can see it immediately. If the money has left the operator and not reached you, the transfer reference number lets your bank trace it. Either way you get a written answer in the chat, which is the record you keep.

Most withdrawal problems are set up long before the request is raised. A few habits remove nearly all of them.
Experienced players keep a tiny paper trail, and it costs them thirty seconds per withdrawal. When you raise a request, screenshot the pending entry. When it is approved, screenshot the approval and note the reference number if the panel shows one. When the credit lands, screenshot the bank alert. Three images, all in the same WhatsApp chat with support, and any future dispute is settled in minutes because both sides are looking at the same record.
This habit also protects you from clone sites. A genuine Tiger Exchange withdrawal never asks you to pay a "release fee", "tax clearance" or "verification deposit" to unlock your money. If any page or message demands a payment before a payout, you are not dealing with the real platform. Verify the live link through the official-website guide and confirm with support before sending anything. Your Tigerexch login and your balance sit on one platform; nobody outside that chat needs a fee to move your money.
UPI and IMPS withdrawals usually arrive within an hour of approval, and approval itself normally takes between ten minutes and two hours during the day. NEFT transfers follow the bank's batch timings and pause on Sundays and bank holidays. A first-ever withdrawal can take up to 24 hours because of one-time verification.
The most common causes are unsettled bets still holding exposure, an incomplete bonus rollover, or a name mismatch between your ID and the payout account. Check the exposure figure first, then message support with your username and the request time so the exact hold reason can be confirmed.
Approved means the operator released it. If the rail was NEFT and it is a holiday or late evening, wait for the next banking window. If it was UPI or IMPS and more than a few hours have passed, ask support for the transfer reference so your bank can trace it. Also confirm the account details on file are correct.
No. Payouts go to an account in the same name as the registered ID. Requests to third-party accounts are held for review and are usually reversed. Register your own account once and keep using it.
Yes. There is a small per-request minimum, a per-request maximum and a daily cap that depends on your account tier. Requests above the cap are rejected rather than queued. Larger limits are available on the VIP tier; ask support for the current figures for your account.
Never. A genuine Tiger Exchange payout does not require any release fee, tax clearance or verification deposit. Any message or page demanding a payment before your withdrawal is a scam. Stop, verify the real link with support, and do not send money.
Normally UPI or IMPS payouts arrive within an hour of approval; NEFT follows bank timings.
