Tigerexch ID Not Working? 7 Fixes That Actually Work
August 26, 2026
Tigerexch login not working? Password rejected, blank panel or endless loading — the 7 real causes behind failed Tiger Exchange logins and the fix for each.
You type your password, the panel says it is wrong, you try again and now you are not sure whether it was the old one or the new one. It happens to everybody. The good news is that a Tiger Exchange ID is recovered through the WhatsApp number you registered with, not through a complicated email form, so most resets are done within minutes. This guide covers the normal reset, a forgotten username, a changed number, a locked account and exactly what support will and will not ask you for.
Send "RESET" with your username from your registered number. Support never asks for your old password or an OTP.

Many websites send a reset link to your email. A Tigerexch ID works differently. Your ID is issued and managed through an ID provider, and the identity check that matters is the WhatsApp number you registered the account with. When you ask for a reset from that number, support can see that the request is coming from the person who owns the account and set a new temporary password for you. You then log in and change it to something only you know.
This design has one big advantage — it is fast and you do not need to remember which email you used — and one big responsibility: your registered number is effectively the master key. Keep it active, keep the SIM in your own phone and tell support before you change it. Our account security guide explains why the number matters so much.
If you are not sure whether the problem is actually a wrong password, read our Tigerexch ID not working guide first. A blocked link, an old app version or a browser cache issue can look like a password error when it is not.
About half of "forgot password" messages turn out to be something simpler. Spend one minute on these before you request a reset:
Do not keep hammering the login button. Several wrong attempts in a row can trigger a temporary lock, which turns a two-minute fix into a longer one.
The request must come from the number the ID was created with. A request from any other number goes through a slower identity check, covered further down.
One short message is enough: the word RESET and the username exactly as it was issued. Do not include your old password, a screenshot of your bank app or any OTP.
Support confirms the account matches the number and sends a temporary password, usually within minutes when the team is not handling a surge during a big match.
Use the temporary password on the working panel link. Copy it carefully — temporary passwords are case-sensitive.
Open the change-password option in the panel and set a new, unique password. Then delete the temporary password message from your chat so it cannot be read later.
Locked out right now?
Send "RESET" with your username from your registered number and we will get you back in.
Usernames are easier to forget than passwords because you rarely type them on a device that remembers them. If you do not know your username, the reset still starts from your registered WhatsApp number.
Message support from that number and say you have forgotten your username. Because the number is linked to the ID, support can identify the account and confirm the username to you. If you hold more than one ID — for example a personal ID and one for a family member — say so, because each ID has its own registered number and only the owner of that number can recover it.
Once you have the username again, save it somewhere private along with a note of which access point you use, whether that is the main panel, Tigerexch247 or Tiger365. One account works across them, but knowing which you normally use saves confusion next time.

This is the hardest recovery case, and it is hard on purpose. If anyone could message from a new number and take over an ID, nobody's balance would be safe. So when the registered number is no longer in your hands, support needs more proof that you are the real owner.
Put the old SIM back in a phone, message support from it and ask for the registered number to be updated to your new one. This is the quickest route and is usually done the same day.
First, try to get a duplicate SIM for the same number from your mobile operator. Operators can usually reissue a SIM against your ID proof, and this restores your normal recovery route. If the number is permanently gone, message support from your new number and explain. You will be asked for details only the true owner would know — covered in the next section — and possibly for a light identity check before the number is changed. The process is slower, sometimes a day or two, because it is the moment fraudsters most like to exploit.
During this time the ID may be held so that nothing can be withdrawn. That protects you, not us.
The table below shows what is reasonable to share during a password or number recovery, and what you must never share with anyone.
| Situation | Support may ask for | Never share |
|---|---|---|
| Normal reset from registered number | Your username | Old password, OTP, UPI PIN |
| Forgotten username | Confirmation you own the registered number | Bank login, card CVV |
| Number changed, old SIM available | Message from old number plus your new number | Any code received by SMS |
| Number lost permanently | Approximate date the ID was opened, recent deposit amount or method, the bank account used for withdrawals (last four digits) | Full card number, UPI PIN, net-banking password |
| Locked after wrong attempts | Username and registered number | Screen-share or remote-access apps |
| Suspected someone else changed the password | Username, what you noticed and when | Payment to "unlock" the ID |
If anyone asks for an item from the right-hand column, they are not genuine support. End the chat and contact the number on this site. More detail on legitimate checks is in our KYC and verification guide.
An ID can be locked for a handful of reasons, and each has a different fix. Knowing which one applies tells you how long you are likely to wait.
Whatever the reason, ask support directly which one applies to you. A clear answer is your right as an account holder.
The reason people forget passwords is usually that they choose something complex they never use elsewhere and then do not write it down. The fix is a password that is long, unique and memorable to you alone.
A good test: could a friend who knows you well guess it in five tries? If yes, choose again.
Fraudsters know that a player who is locked out is stressed and wants to be back in before the match starts. They take advantage of that moment with a few common tricks.
When in doubt, stop and message the support number linked on this site. A delay of ten minutes costs nothing; a shared OTP can cost your balance.
Once you are back in, take five minutes to make sure you do not end up here again:

Send "RESET" and your username on WhatsApp from the number registered with your ID. Support sends a temporary password; log in through the genuine link and change it immediately in the panel.
Recovery is handled through your registered WhatsApp number rather than an email link, because that number is how the account owner is verified. Message support from it to reset.
Message support from your registered WhatsApp number and say you have forgotten the username. Because the number is linked to the ID, support can confirm the username to you.
Yes, but it takes longer. Try to get a duplicate SIM for the same number from your operator first. If that is not possible, contact support from your new number and be ready to answer questions only the real owner would know.
From the registered number it is usually a matter of minutes, though it can take longer during peak match hours. Number changes and lost-SIM cases can take a day or two because of the extra identity checks.
No. Support never needs your old password, any OTP, your UPI PIN or your card CVV to reset an ID. Anyone asking for them is not genuine.
Common reasons are too many wrong password attempts, a protective freeze after unusual activity, a number change in progress or a break you requested yourself. Ask support which applies to your ID.
No. Resetting the password does not change your balance, bet history or open positions. It only changes how you log in.
